Before enrolling into classes, students should consider their own personal commitments and circumstances to ensure this is right for them.
No partial refunds can be provided for classes not attended or cancelled once the course has commenced.
No postponement of course classes is permitted once the course has started.
The above terms for refunds and postponement may be changed due to exceptional circumstances – it is best to call Silvia directly to discuss these.
The minimum number of students required to form a group class is 2. This will unlock the $40 p/h per class pricing.
If an individual has to cancel a session within the group class, any prepaid fee for that class cannot be refunded. There are no make-up classes for missed classes with group learning.
Private classes can be cancelled with 48 hours notice for a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of a private class will not be eligible for a refund.
Postponed private classes can only be moved to a time slot within the same week when the Spanish tutor is available.
Missed Zoom connections are considered class no-shows and these will be not be eligible for refunds, reschedules or make-up classes.
